TRAINING SYSTEM AND LEVELS
- Weekend Basic Training - (Level 1 & 2) - Saturday and Sunday (One and Half Hours)
Basic gymnastics training is for beginners and is performed 2 days per week. In this training students are given introduction to gymnastics and exercises associated with development of body form / posture. This training will help to develop fitness, strength and activeness in gymnasts. Weekend batch can also be opted for Saturday or Sunday for those who are looking for little bit of fun in their fitness program and also to cultivate a good habit of exercise in their life.
- Regular Basic Training - (Level 1 & 2) - Tuesday and Thursday (One and Half Hours)
Basic gymnastics training is for beginners and is performed 2 days per week. In this training students are given introduction to gymnastics and exercises associated with development of body form / posture. This training will help to develop fitness, strength and activeness in gymnasts.
- Intermediate Training - (Level 2 & 3)- Monday - Wednesday - Friday (One and Half hours)
Intermediate gymnastics training is for students, who has finished 1 year of basic training and have developed the ability to perform gymnastics skills. In this training more focus is given towards gymnastics skills development, basic routines, body co-ordination, flexibility, balance and strength.
- Semi - Advance Training - (Level 3 & 4) - Monday - Friday (One and Half Hours)
SEMI-ADVANCE TRAINING (5 days/week and duration is one and half hours per day) - Elite training for students who have finished 1.5 / 2 years of intermediate level gymnastics training and have completed level 2/3 with Excellent grade . This training is focused towards developing higher gymnastics skills/level and routines.
- Competitive - (Level 5 and Elite) - Monday - Saturday (Two and Half Hours)
ELITE TRAINING (6 days/week and duration is two and half hours per day) - Elite training for students who have finished 2 years of regular gymnastics training and really committed in performing gymnastics at competitive level. This training is focused towards performing advanced gymnastics skills and routines.
